Shipping and delivery
- Where does my order ships from?
- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 1-2 business days of your order, and then take up to 3-5 working days to reach your doorstep.
However, we hope that you understand that some circumstances are out of control, (holidays, Covid-19) may cause shipping to be postponed or delayed.
- Is it possible to chance my delivery address ?
We usually ship your orders in the next working day. If you need to change your address we MAY be able to change it for you if you notify us in less than 24 hours of making an order. After 24 hours unfortunately we wont be able to change the address.
- How much is shipping
Shipping is free for orders above €105. Otherwise you could check the shipping price at the checkout page
- Do you provide a tracking number?
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Return & Refund policy
- What's your return policy?
You can return items within 15 days of the receipt. However, you will need to ship the item back to us. Please check our Refund Policy page for more information.
- Can I cancel my order?
We usually ship your items the next working day. If you need to cancel your order we MAY be able to do it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise -- then simply take a picture of the issue and notify us by email, and we’ll give you a refund.
- Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we offer exchanges within 15 days of issuing your receipt. However, you will need to send us the product back and handle shipping fees. Check our Refund Policy page for more information.

Our bubble backpacks can handle up to 12 kg weight. Meaning that they could bear the weight of 1 large cat, 2 medium sized cats, or a bunch of kittens.
Our bags can also fit small breed dogs such as Maltese, Boston Terrier, Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Pug, Pomeranian, Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, etc
